Returns + Exchanges
We hope you enjoy the products you order from us. As we custom fulfill each order to ensure the highest quality standards, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please see below for details on handling damaged items. Photos and evidence of the damaged item on arrival needs to be provided within 24 hours of parcel arrival.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at admin@capaofficial.com, providing your order number and clear images of the damaged item. We will assist you in starting a claim with the postal insurance to resolve the issue.
Quality Control
Each order undergoes thorough quality control, checked twice—once during production and again before dispatch. We take pride in ensuring your items are in excellent condition, packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Invoiced Jobs
For custom invoiced jobs, please note that deposits are non-refundable if a client opts out of the project after the invoice has been confirmed. In such cases, a credit will be issued to be used for future orders. The deposit secures a time slot in our production schedule, which is booked well in advance, and covers any lost opportunities for other paid jobs.
